2.) For the last 4 years, in accordance with Spokane County Zoning Code, I have been developing my property in accordance with local, state & federal statutes to support a small, limited-use, private aviation community similar to 5 others in the area. For the record, I am NOT developing an 'airport'.

2.) I do, in fact, have a permit for my commercial flight-instruction operation. Please feel free to call Tammy at Spokane County Dept of Building & Planning to confirm.

3.) The FAA does not approve nor disapprove personal airstrips - nor do they patrol impact of such airstrips on adjacent property use as they are allowed in Rural Traditional Zoning.

4.) I'm always naked at my home too - so if you disapprove of me flying close to your place - just tell me your address & i'll fly elsewhere.

5.) The approval & operation of my Aviation Community has been heavily conditioned by Spokane County & found to be approved by all agencies.

6.) My neighbors were notified multiple times over the past year-and-a-half via mail, signs (posted on-site in accordance with SCZ mandates) & public notice of my progress and legal development of my aviation community.

7.) My entire application and site-plan have been on-file for public viewing for over a year with Spokane County.
